Service description
This service provides technical inspection visits during construction in order to review work progress, verify its correspondence with drawings and technical criteria, identify errors or deviations and issue observations that allow timely correction of conditions that may affect quality, safety or functionality. Construction inspection allows technical follow-up of specific elements or of the general construction process, according to the contracted scope.
It may include review of structural, architectural and electromechanical systems, finishes, site conditions, materials, construction processes and coordination between activities. Its purpose is to provide technical control during construction, reduce execution risks, document findings and support informed decision-making on site.
