Service description
At this stage, the approved architectural proposal is developed and interpreted through the graphical representation of its elements in three dimensions, using an information model that allows for a more precise definition of spatial configuration, functional criteria and technical guidelines. Architectural design forms the basis for the development of other project disciplines, such as structural, mechanical and electrical design.
Therefore, its review and approval represent a key starting point for interdisciplinary coordination and the orderly progress of later stages. This process also defines and adjusts the internal arrangement of secondary architectural elements, such as furniture, decoration, vegetation, circulation flows, stairs, ramps and other components that influence the project’s functionality and spatial reading.
Additionally, architectural expression aspects such as façades, 3D views, renders and visual resources are developed to better understand and communicate the proposal.
