Preconstruction and permitting

Preliminary coordination between disciplines

Initial technical coordination between project disciplines to align criteria, organize solutions and define routes and interferences before formal drawing and documentation development.

Service description

This service organizes and coordinates, from early stages, the technical information generated by the different disciplines involved in the project in order to improve the overall coherence of the proposal before moving into more developed design, documentation or permitting phases. One of its main objectives is to coordinate and plan pipe routes, conduits and other technical paths so they do not interfere with architectural views or concepts, important structural elements or other project systems.

This coordination reviews the relationship between architecture, structure, electromechanical specialties and other components, identifying interferences, crossings, information gaps, incompatibilities or decisions that must be resolved in advance. Its purpose is to achieve a more organized, compatible and technically clear solution that facilitates the later development of drawings, specifications, budgets and permitting processes.
