Service description
This service develops construction budgets that make it possible to estimate, analyze and project the economic behavior of a project according to its development stage and the level of available information. It may include both preliminary budgets and detailed budgets.
Preliminary budgets are mainly used during early stages, when complete project information is not yet available, and provide a general cost estimate to support feasibility analysis and decision-making. Detailed budgets are developed with a higher level of breakdown, considering activities, quantities, materials, labor, equipment, unit prices and other components required for a more precise valuation of the work.
Depending on the nature of the project and the contracted scope, this service may serve as a basis for economic analysis, financial planning, comparison of construction alternatives, preliminary investment control and preparation of information for later execution or construction management stages. This area is also complemented by the development of budgeting tools intended for autonomous user operation.
Digital solutions are currently being developed to support calculations for individual tasks, activity groups and more complex budgets within the construction sector.
