Service description

This service develops and coordinates the process required to obtain the construction permit for the project, according to the requirements of the competent authorities and the specific characteristics of the work. It includes the preparation, review, organization and submission of the technical and administrative documentation required for the process, as well as coordination of the necessary information among the owner, responsible professionals and other parties involved.

It also includes follow-up of the permit process, response to requirements, correction or adjustment of documentation and support throughout the review stages within the contracted scope. Depending on the project type, this process may involve entities such as CFIA for project review and valuation, the Fire Department and Ministry of Health during institutional review, the corresponding Municipality for approval and permit issuance, INS for the construction policy, as well as other entities when applicable, such as MOPT for public road alignments or setbacks, AyA or the water service administrator for water availability and capacity, and the electrical service provider for power availability.

Documents commonly coordinated in this process may include land use certificate, cadastral plan and property registry, personal or legal identification, water and sanitary discharge availability letters, electrical availability letter, soil studies when required, contour lines or topographic survey according to site conditions and project scale, employer number of the contractor, municipal tax clearance and municipal property declaration. In specific cases, MOPT alignments, AyA water capacity certificates or infiltration tests for sanitary management may also be required.

This service also provides guidance to the client regarding institutional costs associated with the process.
